This elegant four panel ivory gown is reminiscent of the beauty and sophistication of the wedding gown, only it isn't meant for the eyes of family and friends. The sheer under wire cups are adorned with a delicate tan and ivory lace with a hint of sparkle. A single strand of faux pearls makes up the front of the shoulder straps and is adjustable at the back, along with a three option adjustable bra-like closure. The gown is sheer chiffon, very long in length and comes with a matching lace thong. Make him fall in love with you all over again! Sizes: S, M, L, XL. Color: Ivory (only).

Fabric/Materials

The cups are mesh adorned with detailed lace and are sheer with an under wire. The under wire is encased in satin so that it feels nicely against the skin. A strand of ivory faux pearls makes up the front of the shoulder straps and the back of the straps are adjustable. The body is a semi-sheer chiffon material, 100% polyester, and long in length. The underwear is made of the same mesh and lace as the cups are, with no crotch lining.

How it wears

This piece is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. However, it is very long and the bottom 2 inches or so was brushing the floor even on my 5'7" frame. I also had the shoulder straps adjusted to the shortest length possible and they would still fall off my shoulders on occasion. The wonderful thing about this piece is that it has a bra like closure in the back with 3 adjustment options so that I could make the top fit right. Then when the pearls fell off to one side of my shoulder, it wasn't necessarily a flaw, because the bodice didn't need to be held up by the straps anyway.

The neckline is low cut and the top of the cups angle nicely creating eye catching cleavage. Little ivory bows with 2 mini faux pearls adorn the cups at the bottom of the pearl straps and again in the middle of the breasts. The lace throughout this piece has some areas that have a larger floral pattern and then moves on to a leaf type pattern which doesn't cover as much, leaving more skin showing through. It has a bit of tan color in with the ivory lace and interlaced with a sparkle thread in places. Along with the cups being lace, it continues under the cups and around to the side seams.

The body is sheer chiffon that has seams along both sides of the abdomen that leads to the slits at the front of both thighs. It is more fitted through the body, but not tight, and then flows after it splits at the thighs. At the top of the front slits are the tiny bows that match the ones on the top piece. It also splits at the back, but does not have the bows. Having the four panels in the body allows this piece to be extremely flowy. The back slits occur at almost the bottom of the butt cheek so that the underside curve just barely peaks through. The back of the top meets and looks like the back of a bra, but then the gown makes a deep U exposing the middle/ lower back.

The underwear is a cross between a thong and a G-string in that there is actual material making up the seat and rear, but it only meets at 1 point at the back strap and is not stitched in place so that it allows the user some movement ability. From the rear view, with the body being sheer, it creates a beautiful line for exposing the Y look of the panty. I think this design allows it to be more comfortable, in that it actually has material through the crotch, but then still has the sexy look of a G-string. The front triangle is fairly low cut as well and it has skinny side straps. The front panel is the same sheer lace as the cups are with a small bow at the center.

Recommendations

This piece is very long. From top of shoulder straps (tightest point) to bottom it is about 55 inches long. When I wore it with heels, I was able to walk around without stepping on the fabric, but it still covers most of the shoes. This would work extremely well for women who are medium to tall in height. Even with high heels, it may still touch the floor on a smaller woman. This piece would be perfect for the honeymoon. It is a gorgeous piece and the details are incredibly sexy.

Special care instructions

The manufacturer says it's ok to machine wash these pieces on cold, gentle cycle and to line dry it without twisting or wringing. Again, as with most lingerie, I would personally recommend using a net garment bag or hand washing it so that it keeps its shape and beauty due to the delicate lace and fabrics. The underwear would be fine to machine wash on gentle. Not to mention, how dirty is the gown going to get. Your lover will be in such a hurry to get it off, you may not wear it for long periods at a time!
