This stunning gown and jacket set arrived just in time for Valentine's Day and looks to be Marilyn Monroe inspired. The long sheer chiffon gown is cut to be a fly-away style and has four long asymmetrical panels that make up the body. The top halter ties around the neck and then plunges to meet at the center of the chest. The V neckline is trimmed with a red and white heart designed ribbon and fixed in a bow. A matching G-string and matching jacket are included; both are trimmed with the same red and white ribbon. Size: S, M, L, XL. Color: White.

Fabric/Materials

This gown is sheer chiffon, 100% polyester, and really only has one piece of elastic wrapping around the bodice that holds everything in place. The satin ribbon plunges down the center of the V, makes a V on the front of the panty, and also wraps around the sleeves of the coat. The ribbon is white with red hearts and is fixed at the center of the chest.

How it wears

This gown is sexy, flirty, and barely-there. With the elastic under the breast being the only "fitted" spot on the gown, it is very easy to wear. The triangles at the bust cover similar to that of a bikini and tie behind the neck. They are slightly less sheer than that of the body of the gown, yet the viewer can still make out the nipple, because it is white. The body of the gown is split into 4 panels that are exactly the same cut, just positioned in different directions. The gown opens slightly down the center (front and back) and makes an asymmetrical angle to a point at the bottom of the hem. The front panels of the gown and the back panels create the same look. The panels lay together nicely and the points barely touch the floor.

The panty is a very sheer G-string with a moveable rear strap to provide the wearer with more comfort. The front panel is the same sheer chiffon material and has the matching red heart ribbon on either side, creating a V pattern. The jacket is short in nature and ties at the chest. It has a flirty ruffle collar and a little flare at the hem as it angles down towards and around the back. It provides just enough coverage at the top to be able to give a sexy show. The sleeves are very long and flare at the wrists. The red ribbon adorns the sleeves at the forearms.

Recommendations

The panels are fairly long, so a small part of it may touch the floor. This is such an easy piece to wear since you can tie the halter straps to the wearer's comfortableness and the body has so much flow to it. The only thing holding the piece on is the elastic band under the breasts and the halter tie, which also makes it very easy to take off! With the matching coat and panty, it definitely makes this set a must have.

Special care instructions

The manufacturer tag says to machine wash these pieces on a cold, gentle cycle and to line dry it without twisting or wringing. Again, as with most lingerie, I would recommend using a net garment bag or hand washing it so that it keeps its beauty due to the delicacy of the fabric.
